2020 PSAT's: Saturday, October 17th.
Test Day Information
• Students should arrive at the B building of the High School by 8:10 AM on the morning of the exam (right in front of the library/media center). We will be there to check kids in and direct them to their rooms.
• Students should bring a mask, No. 2 pencils and a calculator (four-function, scientific, or graphing are allowed; no phones or calculator apps are allowed).
• Students do not need to bring a photo ID but they should have / know their student ID number. Students must wear masks while inside school buildings. You have been emailed a health form to print and fill in. We will have extras at test check in.
• The exam should end around 12:30 for regular time testers. For extra time testers: 50% extra time ends around 2pm and 100% extra time ends around 3:30.
Important notes for students with accommodations:
If you register for the exam with extra time or other accommodations, you must use that extra time and/or other accommodations. You will not be permitted to finish the test and leave earlier. The only way to opt out of approved extra time is by sending in a signed letter excusing your child from the extra time or other approved accommodations.
You must be approved to use accommodations by CollegeBoard in order to use those accommodations on the PSAT. If your child receives accommodations through an IEP or 504 plan at the high school, but has not had those accommodations approved by CollegeBoard, they will not automatically be able to use them on the PSAT. Please see your child's guidance counselor or IEP liaison with questions about applying for accommodations through CollegeBoard.

There are no make-up dates for the PSAT's. If you have a conflict with the Saturday date, you can try to find a school that offers them on the previous Wednesday (the other PSAT testing date) that can accommodate you; otherwise you will not be able to take them.
PSAT's are for Wayland High School students. If you are not a WHS student, check with your school's guidance office. If you are a home-schooled student living in Wayland, register below, but email Ms. Cheeseman-Meyer, WHS's PSAT coordinator, here to let her know who you are and that you have registered.
